Executive/Personal/House Assistant to
Celebrity Beauty Professional
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Executive/Personal/House Assistant to join a small team and wonderful principal.   This position is based in Woodland Hills and requires a candidate who is not only dog-friendly and kid-friendly but also possesses exceptional multitasking abilities. This full-time role, Monday through Friday, offers a competitive salary of up to 100K DOE.

Responsibilities:

Personal Duties:
Handle various errands such as dry cleaning, returns, and prescription pickups.
Assist in planning theme parties and events, including managing holiday gift shopping, wrapping, and timely delivery.
Make restaurant reservations and arrange car cleaning services.
Manage donations and book personal appointments and service providers.
Assist with shopping and ensure timely pickup of prescriptions.
Maintain beauty supplies, wash makeup and hair brushes, and ensure devices are charged and stored properly.

Home Management:
Oversee and manage housekeeping, ensuring the home is always in pristine condition.
Organize various areas of the house, including the office, basement, garages, laundry room, playroom, and kitchen.
Keep the garage/basement organized, labeled, and easily accessible.
Handle grocery shopping and manage household inventory.
Maintain bathrooms, ensuring they are stocked and organized.
Create effective organizational systems for the home.
Oversee the maintenance of the outside space, including leaf blowing, plant watering, and cleaning outdoor furniture.
Manage the house during the principal’s absence, ensuring security and organization.
Create detailed cheat sheets with important personal and professional information, travel preferences, doctors, favorite restaurants, and vendors.
Assist in overseeing packages and recycling tasks, breaking down boxes when necessary.

Pet Care (and HSKP may assist as well)

Take the dog to the groomers twice a month (on Saturdays) and handle pickup.
Walk the dog, handle potty breaks, and clean up as needed.
Travel and Business Support:

Assist in packing and unpacking for trips, coordinating travel arrangements alongside the principal.
If time allows, contribute to tasks such as creating gift guides, managing the website, and social content.
Manage stock supplies for business needs, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-profile or celebrity household.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities.
Proficiency in managing personal and household tasks independently.
Comfortable with dogs and children.
