Chief of Staff for Prominent Entertainment Family Firm  — West Hollywood

Compensation: 125K – 150K DOE plus Benefits

A prominent entertainment family with both parents and kids in the mix, specializing in acting, music and social media is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO’s right-hand and manage the operations for the business and personal needs of this very dynamic and prolific entertainment family.   The Chief of Staff will build strong relationships throughout the organization, simplify complex problems, and own strategic ways to ensure that both their office and their various homes are all being appropriately managed. You will work in partnership with the CEO of the company and act as a team to ensure that all moving parts are always being addressed.  This is a fast paced role and calls for someone who has past experience in entertainment, knows how to run business and personal life. Most of all the role calls for someone who is a true forecaster and a true problem solver.

Work closely daily with the parents as well as the two kids and their various Personal/ Executive assistants to ensure daily life needs are addressed
Serve as both “gatekeeper” and “gateway” for the family and the CEO.
Will over see a few personal assistants to ensure that all areas of needs are addressed including but not limited
Management of ALL Shared calendars for the organization as well as all 4 family members
Ensuring that you are on constant communication with their various personal/executive assistant to ensure that each day is managed for their various personal and business needs.
Keeping track of various birthdays and special moments fo their team members and executives that are apart of their partnerships
Responsible for the management of all personal appointments — wellness, doctors, glam etc
Travel management is extensive in the position and will work closely with the PA’s and their travel agent
Assist with hiring other staff members as is needed and creating an org chart
Oversee glam and styling for non business needs
MUST be excellent and interested in assign with setting dinner parties and or events for their social life as well as knowing the hip cool new restaurants and places to be in LA
Experience & Qualifications

8 plus years’ experience in a similar, executive-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized and detailed
Proficient in use of technology, including Microsoft Office Suite— and knows ALL social media such as Tok Tok and Instagram
Understanding of, and appreciation for their sensibility, brand, aesthetic, etc
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a “do whatever it takes” attitude – no task is too big or small
