The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with building the merch for the entertainment brands as related to the social media, driving the growth and expansion on all platforms. This role requires analytical and creative thinking, with strong planning skills, and attention to detail .  The Social Media coordinator will drive brand awareness and conversion, by leveraging  creative resources and the community that follows this brand.  This role is continuously analyzing, learning about, and growing the  audiences on all platforms, by developing efficient tactics and implementing creative ways to engage the community. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, and hands-on.  Fashion forward, ware of trends and is super entrenched in knowing all platforms such as TikTok, Snap Chat, Instagram You tube, etc.
What You’ll Do
You will manage and own the social media roadmap, calendar, and performance.
You will plan and develop social media campaigns
You will craft on-brand compelling copy that engages the audience.
You will post content across social media accounts.
You will analyze performance, iterate on tactics, and constantly refine goals
You will build strong reporting to be shared with internal team
Sharing regular feedback on creative assets and actively making relevant recommendations
You will constantly be up to date with the latest social media trends, whether it be new platforms or new formats.

Who You Are
You have deep channel expertise in social platforms
You have experience within an eCommerce platform.
You have experience with social media posting and analytics tools
You have a strong ability to articulate and present analysis and recommendations to all levels of management.
You have excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
You have strong problem-solving ability, are result-driven, and organized but operate with a scrappy mindset.
You possess a strong sense of competitive brands and understand beauty and fashion brands higher and lower end
