Salary 65K-75K DOE  plus Benefits
We are seeking a multi faceted assistant who relishes the music business.  In this role you will be working with a legendary artist, as well as other legacy acts and artists that are affiliated with the record label.   The label has become a destination for keeping in touch with some of the biggest hits since the ‘50s and on. This is a dynamic group that seeks someone who is excited to be there.

This role provides administrative support to a very active singer/songwriter/recording artist, actor, author, and entrepreneur; and support to the IP Team, which includes coordinating metadata, audio, video and graphics associated with the digital release of an extensive collection of never-before-released vintage audio and video recordings, limited edition vinyl records and CDs, and merchandise.  There is also limited personal assistant work needed for the client and team, however that is not the focus of the role. PLEASE be extremely tech savvy, flexible in your time and capabilities and over all, have a true “can do “attitude.

Responsibilities:
• Provide overall support to the CEO, including correspondence, tech, troubleshooting, scheduling and maintaining the calendar
• Zoom / Skype meeting scheduling and participation
• Film, compose, edit, and post content to social media
• Scan and archive photographs and documents
• Archive audio and video files; convert vinyl LPs to CD
• Videography, recording & editing of radio spots
• Assist the IP Team with digital audio and video releases, limited-edition vinyl and CDs
• Source and provide audio, video, graphic files and copy to the IP Team
• Tech support of Mac computer resources, smartphones, networking, troubleshooting, updates, computer supplies, backup

Basic Qualifications:
• Previous personal assistant experience
• Extensive social media experience
• Previous experience with Digital Supply Chain (The Orchard, iTunes/Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, etc.)
• Previous record label and distribution experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional writing, spelling and proofing skills
• Strong work ethic and initiative
• Extremely organized
• Takes direction
• Patient demeanor
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Mac and audio/video skills
• Photoshop, InDesign proficiency
