Partnership Assistant for Social Media/Brand Company – West Hollywood
Salary 50K – 60K DOE Plus benefits
Our Client, a well established yet fast growing company in entertainment/social media and brands is seeking an administrative assistant to work with the head of brand partnership.   The successful candidate will be an organized, self-starter with a minimum of 1-3  years of related administrative experience preferably in the brand partnership space.  The position requires an individual that is resourceful and can work autonomously, take initiative, and demonstrate excellent follow-through. The candidate must be a team player, work well with others, have a friendly, positive demeanor while managing complex assignments. Candidate must be comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. The individual must demonstrate the ability to work with confidential information and exhibit a high degree of trustworthiness.  Ideal person will have had 2 years of experience as an assistant in marketing, brand advertising, performance advertising etc.  MUST have knowledge of Social media platforms: TikTok, Snap Chat, You Tube, Insta

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Scheduling and maintaining calendars and meetings
Coordinate with brand partnerships team to manage efficient communication
Track ingoing and outgoing emails to provide timely follow up or support
Coordinate with brand partnerships team to manage efficient communication
Track and manage an ongoing high level task/project list including RFPs and deal flow
Track inbound opportunities, consolidate deal points to streamline communication
Create and organize pitch materials to send to brand and agency partners
Build detailed client-facing casting and proposal decks
Assist with research and provide strategic info
Create and maintain systems to offer support to workflow

You are:
Self-starter with an interest in Talent, Brand Partnerships, Digital Media and Marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
Ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast paced environment
High attention to detail and roll-up-your sleeves attitude
Multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks with an ability to manage a project from start to finish
Understands and uses: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, Snapchat, Patreon etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, social media management tools
Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions for obstacles
Previous assistant experience in the entertainment industry preferred
