Executive Personal Assistant for Entrepreneur/Board Member – West Hollywood
Hours 9am/10am – 6pm
Some remote work, some in person work, many errands
Salary up to 100K DOE plus stipend towards Benefits, gas for errands
MUST BE VACCINATED
An entrepreneur, who has their own very busy business, who also sits on a few boards seeks a very accomplished Executive /Personal Assistant to help with tasks such as scheduling, organization, social/travel planning, philanthropic outreach, communications, errands, etc. The ideal person is both effective — knows how to “got it, or done”, is calm and soothing but very capable. Doesn’t mind working independently, understands the life of a very sophisticated person. Will be well cultured knowing events, restaurants, museums etc. in LA and nationally.
Manage and maintain schedules/social calendars, making reservations/appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, doctor visits, etc.
Manage high volume of emails and keep track of communications.
Meet with home vendors for repairs or projects
Mange daily errands of returns, shopping repairs etc
Project Management: Helping principal with organization outreach, philanthropy projects, and any other projects that arise.
Assist with event coordination (dinner parties, philanthropy events, etc.)
Occasional driving (should have a general mental map of Beverly Hills/Los Angeles)
Must have 3-5 years of executive assistant experience & a Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Excellent at keeping a daily task list and updating principal on what has been taken care of and what still needs to be addressed.
3. Must know how to use Microsoft Office/Outlook.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (someone poised and professional).
Must be able to meet tight deadlines and be a team player.
Focused and detail oriented; great organizational skills both digital and paper files.
Works well under pressure, takes direction well and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Welcomes the need to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
Must have own transportation and know Los Angeles.
