EA/PA for Music Manager/Entrepreneur – West Hollywood
Primarily REMOTE role
Salary: Up to 80K DOE plus Health Benefits
When in LA, about 6 months over the course of a year, will work out of the principal’s home
General Hours: Monday through Friday 830am – 6pm with flex as needed for events and or weekend shows
A music management legend, who is turning their interests and efforts towards tech and entrepreneurship, seeks a multifaceted EA/PA to work with a Chief of Staff in place.  The Chief of Staff manages major projects, as well as philanthropy, and all family events.  The Chief of Staff is gracious and kind and will assist in teaching the ropes of the job , is always available for assistance and guidance.
The client is still extremely involved in music shows – and a HUGE perk of this position of this is the ability to go to some great shows.   Their interests are also heavily situated in new entrepreneurial endeavors/ investments in tech and other spaces.
Duties:
Maintaining an ever-changing schedule/calendar both business and personal
Heavy travel arranging – both commercial and private travel as well as hotels, cars etc.
Manage day to day task list and ensure client knows what has been addressed and what needs attention.  PUNCH list shared at the end of the day
Management of a VERY heavy email correspondence and being able to respond n the principals behalf. Identify the important emails and what needs to be addressed over all “triage” of the day f what is most pressing.
Working with and interfacing with a house manager
Errands
Gift buying assistance as needed
Clerical and admin work
Qualifications
2 – 3 years of previous EA experience for a demanding person’s desk
Self starter and confident, problem solving
Tech savvy
DISCREET
Strong communicator—and VERY good at follow up throughout the say
