House Manager Personal Assistant – Studio City
Salary: Up to 125K DOE plus Benefits
General Hours: Monday through Friday with flex as needed
An incredibly busy and very dynamic family is seeking a hard working, thoroughly organized and detailed HM PA to integrate into their busy team. There is a chef and HSKPS at the home as well as a sitter. There is also a huge team at the office. Both parents work and are extremely busy so the ideal candidate is fun yet is also highly professional. The correct person for this role can keep pace, roll with the flow, isn’t too sensitive and is highly attuned. You are also VASTLY adept at multi-tasking, RAZOR sharp at all times and do not let things “fall through the cracks”. Please also be appropriately dressed, tech savvy and over all a true “doer”. You will always understand and exercise discretion as well as have very good judgement skills. Confidentiality and Communication is KEY for this family. They are exceedingly generous when the right person is on their team and performing well.
Daily duties can include but are but not limited to:
Organize the house and help keep it organized
On time, accountable, honest and trustworthy
Extremely detail oriented
Respectful, well mannered and polite
Creates lists for everything and lives by their WIP (work in progress doc/Asana) and follows up obsessively
Work with the housekeeper/chef, interface with office assistants and staff as needed
Shop for groceries/household needs/ clothing, gifting, etc (at the grocery store/instacart/Amazon/ etc)
Drop off and pick up dry cleaning, run errands, etc.
Oversee home improvements (and coordinate handymen when needed):
Assist with keeping track of kids’ school needs/activities/sports
Help with party planning
Take care of dog, vet, groomer, coordinate with dog walker, etc
Drive kids as needed
Research as needed
Assist with vacation and camp packing etc
Holiday organization, packing
Ability to set-up and use technology (i.e. connecting video game modules to the television; downloading and set up apps on smartphones (we use iPhones; use email, calendar apps, task/to do apps, etc.)
