Part-Time Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant
Sherman Oaks, CA
Hourly DOE  but capped at $45 an hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual as a Part-Time Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant. In this role, you will be assistant a busy mom/ business owner with creating efficient filing systems, managing tax-related information, maintaining computerized expense records, and assisting with budgeting tasks.

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Develop and implement filing systems to ensure easy access and retrieval of documents.
Enter and organize financial data for tax purposes, ensuring that relevant documents and information required for tax filings is organized.
Input and maintain accurate records of expenses into computerized systems.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in recording financial transactions.
Assist in budgeting
Provide input and support in analyzing financial data for budgetary decisions.
Assist with Poshmark Business

Previous experience in  bookkeeping roles is preferred.
Proficient in using computer software for data entry and financial record-keeping.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines for a PT schedule is ideal

Working Hours: This is a part-time position with flexible hours.  The schedule can be tailored to accommodate the candidate’s availability.
