Assistant/House Manager for UHNW Family in NYC- Downtown
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am – 6pm or whenever the job is done. Weekend work when necessary. Need a flexible mentality with availability by text and email after hours.

Salary 150K – 185K DOE plus Benefits, would like to stay in this frame of salary.  But MAY conside rhigher for the right person

Two successful entrepreneurs in NYC, who live a very UHNW lifestyle — YET, are gracious and humble are seeking a sophisticated and experienced Assistant/House Manager.  They do not flaunt their successes, they believe wholeheartedly in community, philanthropy, sustainability.  While kind, they are also EXTREMELY busy and seek someone who is 100% detailed, organized, proactive and a true problem solver. And can wear several hats of EA/PA/HM titles

In this position you will be oversee schedules for the Mrs. as well as the home.  Assist with managing housekeepers, nannies, chef, drivers—as well as assisting in managing 2 main homes and vacation properties. Overseeing payroll for the household staff with someone in their family office.  Managing all house related needs, schedule for the home and for the Mrs.  Will attend to house bills and inventory.  Creating household staff policies and manuals for the home.   The ideal candidate is gracious, kind, warm hearted, always calm — and detailed ALWAYS.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Managing and working harmoniously with a tight knit team that includes staff from both of their businesses, a PA for the MR, and internal staff at the home.
Deal with all related household needs such as stocking, managing vendors, design projects, organizing

management of reservations, appointments and schedules for kids and the Mrs
Oversee payment of bills and subscription enrollments
Ensure that things are in running order for the home and walking through to ensure that all Smart home needs, AV and other such things are all working
Management of daily appointments for all the staff and that staff is staying to their schedules and managing their to do lists
Ensure that the staff is scheduled and paid each week, manage payroll, benefits through family office
Assist with events and dinner parties
Identify needs for policies and employee manuals for staff, and create those policies/manuals
Create vendor and staff lists
Ensure inventory lists are created for various collections
