Part Time Remote, Part Time In Person- Personal Assistant/House Manager/Project Manager for Writer/Entrepreneur
Monday Wednesday Friday, guaranteed 20 hours a week, around 10am-5pm
There could be an opportunity, if this is a good match on both sides,  for more hours.
Start of Malibu (near Moon Shadows, someone west LA based is ideal)
$30-$40 an hour DOE
A writer /businessman is seeking an extremely organized and proactive Personal Assistant.   The ideal candidate is exceptional at time management and can assist client with keeping them on task and focused.  This is an in-person role as needed for maintenance at the home, otherwise work can be done remotely. Client would like the assistant to manage weekly check-in to ensure the to do list is mastered as well as make sure they are doing what they need to.  PLEASE be tech savvy
Manage schedule/calendar, reservations/appointments, travel management and itineraries, correspondence on behalf of client via email.  House management and vendor needs, errands, stocking the home.  Research.  Organizing around the home.  Light event planning.  Manage projects on Google DOC/Google Sheets OR shared APP to keep on-going to do list.
Please be organized, tech savvy, upbeat and a good problem solver.
