LONG TERM Part-Time Personal Assistant/House Manager for Client in LA (Venice) and Vegas (Please be able to commit for a few years at least as a PT PA) Los Angeles (Venice) 20 hours per week (Schedule somewhat flexible) $35 – $40 per hour (Depending on Experience) We are seeking a LONG TERM, part-time, Personal Assistant/House Manager to assist a client in the entertainment and hospitality sector. The role involves various house and personal-related tasks. The candidate will take direction from the principal and primarily from their long-term Executive Assistant based in Vegas. This client is both in Vegas and Los Angeles. The ideal candidate should align with the client’s health and wellness lifestyle, and an interest in and knowledge of current health trends is a plus. Responsibilities: Managing package deliveries: sorting, storing, and handling returns Running errands including dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and home stocking Assisting in packing for travel: organizing clothing, chargers, travel documents, itineraries, etc. Ordering personal items as needed Coordinating with vendors and overseeing necessary repairs Occasional check-ins on the upstairs apartment for guest arrivals Experience or interest in health and wellness is highly desirable.
