Personal Assistant to High-Profile Multi-Hyphenate Actor, Producer, and Writer
Hancock Park Area
Based in LA, occasional domestic and international travel required (valid passport necessary). This is not a remote position; a car is essential.
10am Р7pm M-F  plus weekends and nights as needed for events.
90K-100K DOE plus OT

START DATE: December 11th. (Consideration given for prior commitments, but training starts the week of 12/11/23.)

We are in search of an exceptionally organized, responsible, efficient, and compassionate Personal Assistant for a dynamic multi-hyphenate. The ideal candidate must have a genuine passion for being a Personal Assistant, viewing it as a long-term career. Working hours are from 10 am to 7 pm, with overtime as needed for occasional weekends or evenings, especially when preparing for various events such as exciting parties.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinating and managing the personal schedule, including doctor appointments for the principal and children.
Creating calendars for nannies and housekeeper schedules.
Booking classes and extracurricular activities for the children.
Collaborating with the Executive Assistant for business-related tasks.
Managing a dynamic calendar of events and liaising with various stakeholders.
Setting up calls, meetings, dinner reservations, fittings for major events, and social media content shoots.
Handling house-related maintenance, liaising with vendors, and proactively addressing household issues.
Running errands, including post office visits, grocery shopping, dry cleaning, tailoring pickups, and delivering gifts and packages.
Managing car-related tasks, including fueling, oil changes, car washes, and scheduling repairs.
Daily opening of packages, deliveries, and returns, including trips to FedEx and UPS.
Performing light kitchen tasks and regularly picking up food for the family.
Collaborating with the Executive Assistant to create travel itineraries.
Responding to gifting requests and PR-related inquiries for the principal.
Planning various events, such as birthday parties and holiday gatherings.
Maintaining regular communication with the Malibu house manager, business manager, and teams of other high-profile individuals.
Demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
Being tech-savvy and proficient in tools like Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
A minimum commitment of 2 years.
Flexibility in working hours, with weekend availability.
Comfort working in the principal’s house and interacting with children.
Passion for fashion and an adventurous palate (a plus).
At least one year of experience as an assistant, preferably for a high-profile individual or agency.
College degree preferred but not required.
