A dynamic staffing agency dedicated to connecting top talent with leading companies and private homes incased in Los Angeles and servicing across the US is seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join their team. We specialize in providing tailored staffing solutions across various industries. This person will play a pivotal role in our domestic staffing efforts.

Job Summary:
As a Hybrid Recruitment Specialist, you will initially start on a part-time basis, transitioning to full-time based on performance and business needs. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to coordinating placements with our clients. This role requires a proactive, organized, and communicative individual who thrives in a remote work environment, and is capable of managing their time extremely efficiently, exercising high levels of responsibility, structure and organization. MUST be an excellent and timely communicator, friendly, proactive, approachable, and have a caring and extremely discerning personality. The ideal candidate understands the importance of discretion in all areas and on all levels, and can act as a trusted liaison for both clients and candidates. This position will be well suited for someone who is accustomed to juggling multiple tasks at once with grace and care, can switch gears at a moment’s notice, and is openly available for important needs that may often arise.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, present suitable candidates, and facilitate the hiring process.
Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of placed candidates and provide support as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and placement success rates.
Light Paperwork Management: Handle documents such as contracts, work agreements, and various E-forms needed for signature.

Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role in a staffing agency or HR department.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in domestic staffing across various industries.
Experience working as a domestic employee (nanny/family assistant/house manager) a huge bonus!
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
