Family/Personal Assistant to Family and Mom who is a CEO – West LA

Hours/Salary: 9am – 6pm plus OT after 8 hours, $30- $40 an hour, DOE plus Benefits

Seeking a thoughtful and experienced Family /Personal Assistant who will support the House Manager with day to day operations of a busy higher end home. The House manager will oversee staff and the home, while family assistant is responsible for proactively ensuring that the day to day initiatives of the household are being executed efficiently and effectively. The focus of the role is to provide Personal Assistant work to the mother who is a founder and CEO of a successful company.  MUST have a no task is too big to too small mentality. MUST have a team mentality,  with higher energy and a problem solving skills. They work at the highest level of integrity, and everyone possesses higher judgement skills. Enthusiasm, responsiveness and optimism are critical to the role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support all admin needs – correspondence, day to day personal activities/appointments, schedules and orders
  • Schedule doctors, treatments, workouts, styling, glam,
  • BE flexible to travel as needed and work with kids as necessary
  • Assist in scheduling all children’s paperwork, activities and classes
  • Run errands
  • Oversee packing and unpacking for family and organizing belongings
  • Coordinate thank you cards, flowers, deliveries and gifts for friends/family/partners
  • Partner with House Manager to help coordinate
    • event, lunches and dinners
    • home and family calendars
    • experiences at the home and guest visits
  • Help manage at the home in partnership with event planners
  • Work closely with family business administration team to review expenses and budgets
  • Help House Manager to keep tight ship
