Executive Personal Assistant for busy Actor/CEO of a Media Co

Days and Hours: Monday through Friday generally but open for flex as needed for events, meetings, travel etc
Travel as needed — NOT a lot but can be to Canada for Board meetings, London as well as some set visits, passport ready
Salary: 70K- 80K DOE plus Benefits
Los Angels/Topanga Canyon/Travel as needed

We are looking for an experienced (3+ years) executive/ personal assistant to be the right hand to this accomplished and busy Actor/Businessman.  The ideal candidate has supported a like-minded employer before (actor/actress, entrepreneur, studio head, etc) and understands the high pressure and needs associated working for someone so busy. You must be flexible with your schedule and have IMPECCABLE references.
Depending on the day, your hours could be 8am-8pm if traveling or 9am-5/6pm, you must be flexible and able to take care of last minute requests. Your boss is extremely respectful of your time and will never call you at 2am for a coffee run!  Ideal candidate is college educated, has worked for another CEO and TRULY understands synthesizing a very hectic schedule between acting and CEO duties.  In this role you will get to learn so much about publicly traded companies and what that all entails from boardrooms, to finance and strategy meetings.  The company is a vertically integrated company specializing in many areas of entertainment and media.  You are usually working out of your own home but must also able to go to their home in Topanga, THE most important aspects of this role are:  Management of ever changing schedule/calendar for both meetings for business and acting, CREATING and following to do lists for each day and ensuring action items are always managed.  YOU are responsible to make sure the client, ESP when they are on sets, is tracking towards their deliverables. Management of correspondence, travel itineraries.  You will also interface with all business teams and their spouses assistant who is also a VERY busy actress.  Please be eager and hard working, detailed and organized.  MUST also be tech savvy, resourceful and truly enjoys being an assistant to a very busy right hand.
