Executive/Personal Assistant/Family Assistant for BUSY Businesswoman and children

Salary DOE plus stipend towards Benefits (ideally capped at 120K or so)

EA/PA Responsibilities:

Schedule Management: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and dinner reservations.
Travel Coordination: Manage and coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements.
Executive Organization: Keep the Executive organized with meeting materials and immediate priorities, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Inbox Management: Develop and implement communication and response strategies for email and other communication platforms.
Calendar Management: Maintain complex calendars and schedules, ensuring all commitments are met.
Communication: Facilitate clear and proactive communication with internal and external parties, providing daily recap summaries to the team on task statuses.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize relevant software applications, track meetings, contacts, and projects in the CRM system, and manage scheduling across multiple platforms (WhatsApp, text, email, etc.).
Personal Assistance: Run personal errands and assist with personal tasks as needed
Coordinate with the executives team
Family Liaison: Coordinate with the Executive’s family to keep all calendars in sync and manage family-related scheduling.
Schedule personal appointments
Family/PA Responsibilities:
Household Management: Track and schedule household maintenance, and replenish food and supplies as needed.
Errand Running: Conduct grocery shopping, manage dry cleaning, and track orders and returns.
Pet Care: Take to the vet when needed (housekeeper walks the dogs and I coordinate grooming)
Meal Preparation: Helo prepare snacks/lunch (housekeeper does most of this)
Transportation: Provide transportation for children as needed.  PLEASE have your own car
Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the family calendar, coordinate appointments, and manage medical appointments.
Activity Coordination: Schedule and research activities for children.
Homework Assistance: Assist with homework and ensure children maintain their routines.
Child Needs: Be attentive to the needs of each child, ensuring their well-being and development.

Proven experience as an EA/PA and/or Nanny, demonstrating a strong ability to manage diverse tasks and responsibilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
