Digital Marketing/Operations and EA for Lawyer
Remote role other than when needed in person in Hermosa for events (around once a month)
Up to 150K DOE plus Benefits
A dynamic and forward-thinking lawyer, who conducts trials, manages mentor events as well as hosts a podcast and does a lot of media is seeking a talented and versatile individual to serve as a Digital Marketing and Media Specialist & Executive Assistant. In this dual role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing his and the firm’s online presence, client engagement, and overall efficiency.
Digital Marketing and Media Specialist Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote him and his legal services, increase online visibility, and engage with their target audience. You will be working hand in hand with the current creative agency for the firm, along with the company that currently does the SEO/digital marketing. You will be the liaison for all, and help curate marketing plans, and all companies “talking” to one another.
Assist the current vendor with creating high-quality content for their website, blog, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns to showcase their expertise and engage potential clients.
Assist the current creative team to Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement with followers to build online community.
Manage the firm’s sponsorship with a professional sports team in Los Angeles to maximize its exposure; to curate business development through filling up all seats and boxes the firm owns
Manage the lawyer’s events to assist third party vendors to make sure all goes well
Analytics: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls, as well as ensure timely reminders.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of attorney, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
Assist with client onboarding, maintain client files, and provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, or via email.
Handle administrative tasks such as drafting documents, managing files, and assisting with legal research.
Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries for attorneys Event management and front facing for various events as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (for Digital Marketing and Media Specialist responsibilities).
Prior experience in digital marketing and social media management is preferred.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills (for Executive Assistant responsibilities).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is a plus but not required.
