Personal Assistant for UHNW Client in Greenwich, VT
40 Hours a week, Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm or flexible with hours. Up to 100K DOE
We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an ultra-high net worth family/mom/entrepreneur in Greenwich, CT. The ideal candidate must be proficient in various computer programs, highly organized and and available to work on-site. Flexibility with working hours is required, accommodating potential changes in days and times, here and there.
Our client is a BUSY mom with 3 kids and 2 businesses – and is seeking a great sidekick. You will play a vital role in managing their busy lifestyle and a wide range of daily needs and special projects. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Daily Task Management
Efficiently handle scheduling appointments and managing the client’s calendar.
Take care of local errands, online shopping, and returns.
Research:
Conduct thorough research for personal and business-related matters across various areas.
Travel Coordination:
Source and coordinate travel arrangements, including creating travel itineraries and conducting research on destinations.
Assist with wardrobe packing and unpacking for trips.
Household Management:
Liaise with household staff and collaborate with existing vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Act as a point of contact for organizing reservations at restaurants and special events.
Assist with purchasing gifts for personal and business purposes.
Special Event/Party Coordination:
Manage the coordination of special events and parties, including liaising with event firms, caterers, and researching suitable venues.
Negotiate contracts, oversee vendor coordination, and handle guest management.
Financial Management:
Monitor and manage credit card transactions and travel points related to travel expenses.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Experience working with high-profile individuals and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly desirable.
