2-3 days in BH office and the rest can be done remote.

*Ideal schedule would be in office a few hours on Monday, Wed and Thurs afternoons and 10-2pm on Fridays.   There may be occasional events to attend 2-3 times a month in evening or weekends such as helping set up a child’s bday party.

$30-$35/hour on payroll.

You will be overseeing all day to day personal tasks for a very busy woman who owns an Entertainment Law Firm, A Non- Profit and is a Mom of 2.  Duties include but are not limited to planning personal events/parties and holidays, gift buying, helping with kid’s paperwork and forms for all schools and activities, research, mailing and shipping items and other general errands.  You boss will also be needing support with the launch of her non-profit, coordinating travel and events for her production company and assist with her many entrepreneurial endeavors.  Ideal candidate has a positive attitude and is the first in line to handle calls, internal requests and help prioritize things on her behalf.  Other tasks include arranging glam and appointments and making reservations, overseeing the kid’s and family calendars, keeping the office neat and presentable and fully stocked so it is a lovely communal work environment.  There is a full time Executive Assistant who you will work closely with!  We need someone who is efficient and a great communicator!  You will not have any direct contact with kids, more someone who can understand SignUP genius and other apps to sign the kids up for classes and activities.  Someone who enjoys helping coordinate events and parties is ideal.  Also, you will need to schedule all travel and booking restaurants and all the logistics that goes with it for Principal and or her family of 4, Must be a great team player as you will be working closely with the full time EA to make sure everything is handled in terms of support for your boss.  This is an office based job as well as remote.
