Personal & Executive Assistant (Assistant, Member Services) for Private Membership Platform for HNWI – Confidential

Salary: 85k – 90k/year
Location: Beverly Hills

A members-only life management platform offering in-person and digital assistance for HNWI in Los Angeles is seeking a Personal/Executive Assistant to join the founding team to serve their Members. This role will be focused on responding to text-based member requests, providing best in class assistant services and proactively anticipating future needs. The Assistant (PA/EA) will help manage and simplify the lives of a small number of Members dedicated to them. Their membership model caters to individuals that don’t require a full time assistant and/or already have an existing support system such as an EA for their business or a house manager. You will report to the Head of Member services that is guiding a team of assistants to fill any gaps between their Members professional and personal lives as necessary. This role will generally operate during business hours and will have a team to lean on for support. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with UHNWI or A-list celebrity talent, a natural gift for hospitality and truly enjoys being of service to others. While the team is based at their modern Beverly Hills office, this role requires flexibility to solve tasks on the go as needed in a fast paced environment. They strive to simplify the complex lives of their Members in a thoughtful, professional, and caring manner. The team will initially serve a small, prominent client base of celebrity talent, influencers, executives, and other high net worth individuals who are in need of solutions to enjoy and expand the increasingly complex lives they have built. The company anticipates to grow their member base rather quickly and intends to hire additional assistants to maintain the highest level of service to its members, all while prioritizing a healthy work-life balance for the team.


Efficiently address and resolve member requests and inquiries
Manage complex and ever-changing personal and professional calendars, including scheduling and confirming meetings, appointments, and events
Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights, securing luxury accommodations, and arranging transportation
Coordinate events, both personal and professional
Personal shopping, including sourcing everyday items and hard-to-find or exclusive products
Liaise with household staff, contractors, and other service providers
Conduct various personal errands as needed
Secure reservations at high-end restaurants and access to entertainment venues
Maintain & update CRM and project management systems


3 years experience in luxury hospitality, travel, concierge, or personal assistant roles working with VIP clients, celebrity talent and UHNWIs preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong relationships in Los Angeles with top luxury hospitality groups and VIP clients
Ability to proactively solve tasks with minimal supervision
Natural gift for hospitality
