Executive Assistant & Head of Member Services $90k-$120K plus for the right person DOE + Equity + Benefits

A new life management platform launching in private members-only beta in Los Angeles, is seeking an Executive Assistant & Head of Member Services to join the founding team. This dual role will be focused on building best-in-class services and processes for members while also providing high-level executive assistance to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have experience working in senior luxury hospitality roles and/or as a personal assistant/concierge to A-list celebrity talent or UHNWIs.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, booking travel, and handling administrative tasks. You will also assist with research and provide support for meetings and presentations. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and tasks are completed efficiently.

As Head of Member Services, you will recruit and manage the team responsible for serving members. This includes identifying and vetting Founding Members, creating processes and protocols, triaging problems, advising on marketing and building Momentum’s profile in Los Angeles, and building and maintaining CRM and project management systems. You will leverage your experience in luxury hospitality, travel, concierge, or personal assistant roles working with VIP clients, including A-list celebrity talent and UHNWIs, to ensure that members receive exceptional customer service.

This will be a product and service that simplifies, elevates, and enriches their members’ lives, allowing them to focus on what matters most. You will initially serve a prominent client base of celebrity talent, influencers, executives, and other high net worth individuals who are in need of solutions to enjoy and expand the increasingly complex lives they have built. Qualifications · ● 5-10 years experience in luxury hospitality, travel, concierge, or personal assistant roles working with VIP clients including A-list celebrity talent and UHNWIs · ● Bachelor’s degree · ● Strong relationships in Los Angeles with top luxury hospitality groups and VIP clients · ● Interest in technology startups · ● Meticulous attention to detail · ● Strong organizational skills · ● Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service · ● Experience working in fast-paced, high pressure environments · ● Able maintain a professional demeanor in a variety of situations · ● Flexible, attentive, and able to solve problems for members at any time · ● Understands the importance of protecting members’ privacy and confidentiality
