Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour dependent on experience 
We are a fast growing property investment and management company based in West Los Angeles looking for an administrative assistant that can perform a variety of administrative tasks and personal tasks.
Responsibilities can range anywhere from executive assistant work such as managing calendars, making travel arrangements and making phone calls to property management related tasks such as arranging maintenance, contacting tenants, collecting rents, depositing rents, checking on buildings, drafting ledgers, etc.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, think creatively, be proactive, assertive, have great time management skills and be able to act with limited guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support.

There is a lot of room to grow within the company both in terms of duties/salary and working your way up the ladder.

Skills & Requirements:
• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Office or Personal Assistant or similar role
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Basic skills in Office apps and familiar with Apple OS
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Must have a car
