Full Time Housekeeper for High Profile Family in Montecito

Location: Montecito, California

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 7pm with flex for weekends as needed

Compensation: Up to $42/hour, DOE plus excellent benefits

A high profile family in Montecito is seeking an exceptional and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join their team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent communication skills, and works well on a team. MUST have a positive attitude, and be willing to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and detailed deep cleaning tasks, ensuring every corner of the residence is spotless.
• Managing all laundry needs for the family and household, taking extra care of delicate pieces
• Maintain an organized and well-presented home, paying attention to every detail.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other household staff, fostering a harmonious and efficient working environment.
• Demonstrate a kind and professional attitude towards all members of the household, including children.
• Engage in friendly interactions with the family, promoting a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Adapt to the needs of the household, providing assistance and support wherever necessary.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the residence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional housekeeper in ultra-high-net-worth homes, with a focus on deep cleaning and organization.
• Exceptional knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment to achieve impeccable results.
• Ability to work well with other household staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Professional and kind attitude, demonstrating respect and discretion in all interactions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
