Location: Hybrid — Pacific Palisades home & some remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 830am-6pm from home and remote with flex as needed for weekends or special events
Compensation: Up to $120k plus Stipend for benefits

A Lovely Entrepreneur is seeking a super polished full-time, experienced, hyper organized and savvy HOUSEHOLD Personal Assistant/ House Manager. MUST have previous experience assisting someone in a busy home and be very organized, detail oriented, and have professional communication skills. Must be comfortable around kids, A-listers, and UHNW individuals. Also dog friendly. Very discreet and professional. Please be flexible with a can – do attitude who gets along well with others! Responsibilities:
1. Will report to principle
2. Management of calendar
3. Extremely Computer Savvy
4. Making appointments for principle and kids
5. Packing and unpacking for trips
6. Keeping home organized – going through each area of the home daily (M-F) to make sure any incoming packages have been put away, there are no packages sitting out, items from trips put away. Keeping areas organized is very important to this role. (No cleaning, have a housekeeper)
7. Booking travel arrangements; greeters, cars, dining reservations
8. Receiving and shipping packages
9. Errands, grocery shopping, shopping
10. Manages all household staff – Handles hours and payments

Ultimately seeking someone who loves every aspect of being a true PA based in a high end HOME. Assisting principle manage her busy home life.
