Location: beverly Hills
Schedule: Flex, 24/7 mentality, typically Monday-Saturday
Compensation: $60-80k DOE
Seeking a rockstar personal/executive assistant for an A list actress/producer. This is truly an in-person right hand role as you will be working out of the individual’s home and constantly accompanying her to various meetings, appointments and events. The perfect candidate will have a caretaker’s personality with extreme attention to detail and a true 24/7 “no task is to small” mentality. This is not a role for someone who is looking to become an actor or who is looking to have ample time/flexibility outside of work to simultaneously pursue a different career.
Perfect if you have ambition to be in talent management, production, or the beauty/fashion space. Experience on set as a former PA is a major plus as is experience working with glam teams. Must love cats and dogs as the principle is an animal lover! Ideally you have a great sense of humor, a friendly and pleasant personality, and LOVE to take care of your boss!
The principal does not drive, so this will be a requirement (taking her to all appointments, meetings, etc in your own vehicle) and you will be reimbursed for all mileage. Must have a current passport and be able to be on location for possibly months at a time. This is a demanding role that requires total commitment, but an amazing opportunity for a semi-entry level PA to have exciting experiences and work for an individual who will treat you well. Please be ready to hit the ground running!
*There will be a 1 – 2 week onboarding process with the outgoing PA.
  • Scheduling appointments, booking glam, booking travel
  • Driving your boss (should have a general familiarity/mental map of Los Angeles)
  • Experienced traveler domestic and internationally (must have valid passport)
  • Excellent communicator across all platforms (phone, email, text, calendar, etc)
  • Keeping yourself and the principal organized at all times
  • Knowing how to pack accordingly for a day out in LA or for a trip out of town
