Busy film & TV director and producer, brand founder, investor and speaker is looking for full-time, detail orientated, proactive personal assistant to help manage calendar, correspondence, creative meetings, errands and travel. Experience with Photoshop, Keynote, and other tools to create visual presentations is ideal. Must be willing to work a flexible 60 hour a week schedule, including some weekends when necessary.
Location: Los Angeles (mostly remote work but must live in LA and be available for errands and meetings at and around his home in West Hollywood).
Manage a dynamic schedule, ensuring all commitments are met.
Proactively anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Arrange and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Note taking during Zoom calls.
Prepping for meetings with script cheat sheets and background details for participants.
Correspondence / Travel:
Reply to emails, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Keep track of important emails and prioritize tasks.
Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
Anticipate needs during travel and ensure a smooth experience.
Assist with back up childcare responsibilities on occasion for 3 young teens, including pickups and coordination of activities.
Utilize VIP skills to maintain and build relationships with vendors and contacts.
Identify and implement more efficient systems and processes.
Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, based on experience and a 60-hour work week. + STIPEND TOWARDS BENEFITS + mileage and meals while working
The day to day of this job is about managing calendar, correspondence and remote support for pitches, story meetings etc. The “fun stuff” includes an opportunity to watch and assist with the creation of ground breaking and award winning shows from conception through production and release.
