Our client, a well-known Skincare Brand, is looking for an experienced, organized, and flexible individual to join their team as a Personal Assistant to support the CEO. The CEO is a fast-paced, amiable entrepreneur who is seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in all aspects of their professional and personal life, ensuring the smooth functioning of business operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage the CEO’s complex and ever-changing schedule, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Prioritize and handle inquiries, requests, and emails, ensuring prompt and effective communication on behalf of the CEO.
Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Assist in preparing for meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda creation, material preparation, and logistical coordination.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks such as expense management, document preparation, filing, and record keeping.
Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, initiatives, and company-wide communications.

Organizational Support:
Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination within the organization.
Provide backup support to other executives and team members when needed.
Contribute to process improvement efforts and suggest innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications/Experience:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using productivity tools and software.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
