Location: Hybrid – Westwood home & remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (with occasional weekends and errands)

Responsibilities:
Be the Ultimate Calendar Master: You’ll manage the entrepreneur’s calendar, ensuring all appointments are scheduled efficiently and seamlessly. Proficiency in Google/Apple calendar and email is a must!
Unleash Your Organizational Superpowers: Keep the entrepreneur’s home organized and clutter-free. You’ll go through each area of the home daily (Monday to Friday), ensuring packages are put away, no items are left out, and everything is in its rightful place. Your attention to detail will be crucial to this role.
Jetsetter Extraordinaire: Make travel arrangements like a pro! From booking flights and accommodations to arranging greeters, cars, and dining reservations, you’ll ensure every trip is a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Master of Logistics: Handle all incoming and outgoing packages and loans. You’ll receive and ship packages efficiently, ensuring everything is accounted for. Your excellent organizational skills will shine here!
Errand Maestro: Take charge of various errands, including grocery shopping and shopping for essentials. Your ability to navigate efficiently through tasks will be key.
Team Player: Work closely with the entrepreneur’s executive assistant, collaborating to ensure all tasks are completed smoothly. Your friendly energy and can-do attitude will foster a positive working environment.
Home Appointments Coordinator: Schedule appointments for various home services, such as housekeeping, organizing, maintenance, tailoring, and more. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in coordinating these appointments seamlessly.
