Location: West Hollywood/Beverly Hills

Schedule: Monday though Friday General office hours with flex always due to their insanely busy life.

Compensation: Up to 110K + Benefits

We are looking for an experienced, mature, flexible, 24/7 mindset type of PA for 2 Multi Hyphenates in the entertainment/business industry.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work simultaneously on a variety of tasks and knows how to pivot quickly when necessary.

Preferably someone who has experience in the entertainment world and ideally some kind of talent agency/production office/music management background. Ideal person WILL have had experience working with another higher profile person. 

We need someone who has excellent communication & calendar managing skills. This person will have previous in depth experience with travel management. (flights/greeters/hotels, appointments and reservations, errands, personal tasks) Will be working with friends and family for their needs, event planning, gift buying, stocking the home. We need someone who is OCD organized & thinks 10 steps ahead and understands the importance of big picture thinking. Please ensure your tech skills up to date and you can pivot between Google Suite, Microsoft Office and more.

We are looking for proven loyalty with past employers and really we do need someone that is comfortable being fully dedicated to their boss – wherever they go, you go, and whatever they need, you are on it 24/7. This position will work alongside another EA as well.
