Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid in Century City)

Schedule: 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)

Compensation: $45/hour + DOE plus PTO, sick days, and opportunity for annual discretionary bonus

A boutique Investment Due Diligence Firm based in Los Angeles is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the principal. This part-time role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the ability to work from home or from their office in Century City as needed. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced intellectual environment with senior executives, handling highly confidential information.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in executive assistance, preferably in a private equity fund or family office setting. MUST be discrete, proactive, detail oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to broaden their skillset and grow within the organization, including the opportunity for a discretionary bonus for exceptional performance. Responsibilities:

  • Book meetings
  • Organize travel arrangements
  • Maintain and update calendars
  • Establish and manage communications with financial counterparties
  • Log and file documents, both physical and digital
  • Organize and maintain documents and reports
  • Proofread reports for accuracy and clarity
  • Collate market data for analysis
  • Conduct research on companies as needed
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including Mailchimp campaigns
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Manage databases and client portals
  • Provide additional assistance to the Principal as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Executive Administration
  • Prior experience in an administrative role at a private equity fund or family office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Apple hardware and software (Keynote)
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Mailchimp and WordPress
  • Familiarity with managing LinkedIn company pages
