Household Executive Personal Assistant
Salary- $120K – $160K + health insurance
Location: Brentwood, Los Angeles

About the Family:
A family relocating from New York City to Los Angeles (Brentwood) is seeking a dedicated Household Executive Assistant/Estate Manager to oversee a successful relocation and provide ongoing support in maintaining their household seamlessly. The family consists of a busy Founder and CEO of a software company, his wife who is the Fashion Director at a retailer, and their two young children aged 5 and 3.5 years.

Responsibilities:
Relocation Coordination:
Oversee the successful completion of repair and upgrade work in preparation for the move-in.
Coordinate with movers and deliveries for a smooth transition.
Purchase and prepare household items as needed.
Household Management:
Manage multiple calendars including scheduling meetings and travel logistics.
Ensure the household is well-stocked with consumables and groceries, and maintain organization.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks as necessary.
Manage recurring service providers such as landscapers and housekeepers.
Coordinate pickups and deliveries efficiently.
Undertake special projects such as holiday gift planning and party coordination.

Executive Assistant Duties:
Approximately 25% of the role will involve professional Executive Assistant responsibilities within the CEO’s software company, including meeting scheduling and travel logistics.

Additional Responsibilities and Preferences (provided by the employer):
Strong organizational skills are essential, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces effectively.
Proficiency with Google Suite and Google Docs is required, as the employer prefers transparent communication and collaboration through these platforms.
Discretion is of utmost importance, as the family values privacy and confidentiality.
The candidate must be willing to handle errands, dry cleaning, and basic groceries, and be able to maintain a high level of organization in the household.
A proactive and self-starting attitude is desired, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
While the primary focus is on household management, the candidate may be involved in overseeing small projects, such as renovations and landscaping, ensuring vendors meet expectations and deadlines.
The candidate must be child-friendly and willing to pitch in with childcare-related tasks if needed as a back up to a full time nanny, although primary responsibility for childcare is not part of the role.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a household executive assistant/estate manager, preferably in a similar high-profile environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various members of the team.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Knowledge of the Los Angeles area and resources is a plus.
