Experienced Personal Assistant/House Manager
Location: West Valley, Los Angeles (LA) with extensive travel to Northern State and other destinations
Salary: Up to $150K+ DOE

Seeking an experienced and adaptable Personal Assistant/House Manager for a prestigious role based in the West Valley area of Los Angeles.
This role involves extensive travel (almost 50% of the year) to Seattle and other locations, so please be open and flexible with your schedule.  This is for a very busy entrepreneur and family in the style/brand space.


  • Provide comprehensive assistance to a dynamic husband and wife duo, managing their homes, schedules, and daily affairs.
  • Liaise and host high-profile guests with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and charm.
  • Oversee household maintenance, supervise vendors, and manage inventory with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with fellow assistants and team members to ensure streamlined operations across multiple residences and growing enterprises.
  • Coordinate and execute a range of tasks including stocking provisions, organizing home offices, and assisting with travel preparation.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, from setup to coordination and post-event logistics.
  • Efficiently handle errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickups, and other household-related responsibilities.
  • Provide support with pet care and address ad-hoc duties as required. Must be dog friendly!
  • Leverage technology tools like iCal and Google Drive Docs and Sheets for efficient communication and coordination.


  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant/House Manager, with a minimum of 3 plus years in a comparable role.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to proactively anticipate needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a high level of discretion and respect for privacy.
  • Proficient in working independently, taking initiative, and adeptly adapting to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Familiarity with West Valley’s geography and efficient commuting strategies.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software for travel arrangements and scheduling.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate adjusted start and end times.
Occasional weekend commitments and travel to other residences and destinations as needed.

Competitive salary package up to $150K+ DOE.
