Location: West Hollywood – Office, Laurel Canyon – Home

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7/8am-5/6pm — must be flexible

Compensation: $110K DOE + Health benefits

An inspiring Fashion Designer/Activist is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to help run her day-to-day! Would love to find someone who is versatile in multiple areas and can hit the ground running! Ready to handle any task thrown their way.

This is not a chaotic environment — the existing team is super organized and efficient, and ideally would like someone who is open minded, comfortable trading conversation about various topics, pop culture, everything in the now and has their finger on the pulse. The principal is incredibly busy, sometimes scheduling 15 meetings a day, and will need someone who can keep an organized calendar, being quick to pivot for last minute or unforeseen changes.

This is a fabulous position for someone who genuinely loves to be of assistance and wants to do so for the long-term working towards helping make a difference in this industry — making processes more efficient and daily tasks run smoother, bringing balance to a very big life.

The schedule will mirror the principal’s, who tries not to work weekends unless there is a special event happening. MUST be flexible and happy to go with the flow.

For now, 2 days will be worked from the principal’s home in Laurel Canyon, and the other 3 days will be remote until the office is ready — then 5 days in a West Hollywood office.

  • Create ideas for glam, wardrobe, areas for travel, hotels, etc
  • Making reservations/booking travel, car service
  • Can keep track of important dates/birthdays, sending gifts and flowers
  • Happy to pitch in with more personal tasks as needed (pet care, etc)
