Seeking a highly motivated experienced individual to assist 3 busy executives in the sports sector with all day-to-day operations of the business. Ideal candidate is LOCAL to the Costa Mesa area and able to travel to Los Angeles as needed. This position requires the upmost discretion, confidentiality, and integrity. Must have impeccable communication an organizational skills. Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office are a must. General working day is at the office Monday – Friday general office hours. Additionally attendance to all home games also required as this individual will run the Owner’s suite as well as coordinating various aspects associated with games home and away.

Everyday Admin Items Include 

  • Reconcile credit cards
  • Netjets reconciliation
  • Ten Thousand
  • Dinner Reservations home and away games
  • After hours calls
  • Flowers for suite
  • Ordering flowers for any additional needs
  • Calendars, including cars and drivers
  • Checking on Exec’s needs
  • Connect with drivers on cars for executives(weekly)
  • Replenish suite items(meds, etc)
  • Print home/away gameday items
  • VIP transportation set up
  • Paid and comp ticket requests for the family(get approval/submit form)

  • YPO calendar and reminders
  • NextGen calendar and reminders
  • (Coordinating speeches and prep for outside meetings)
  • Calendar
  • Appointments
  • Reservations
  • Vacations (personal)
  • After hours calls- increased during the season, including reservations, random requests etc.
