Client lives across 4 states and travel often so must be able to travel as needed 
CAN be based anywhere as long as you are available generally from 9am – 530pm wherever the client is based

A fast paced, exceedingly busy yet organized businesswoman,  who has their hands in many sectors,  Broadway producer, finance, philanthropy is  seeking an intuitive, trustworthy, detail-oriented and self-motivated Executive Personal Assistant  who can also TRAVEL.  The IDEAL person will have had experience as an assistant catering to another UHNW individual whose life is also expansive.    As an Executive Assistant you will support the executive in every capacity. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with experience using sound judgment while working in a fast paced, goal-oriented, ever changing work environment, and have excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities to complete a high volume of complex tasks with minimal to no supervision.  We are looking for someone who is a detail oriented planner with a demonstrated ability to communicate and respond effectively and efficiently.  Someone who has a journalism background for a heavy load of correspondence is ideal.  Someone with HEAVY event experience is a huge plus. 

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management and scheduling for multiple businesses 
  • Coordinating individual/group travel to domestic and/or international locations 
  • Expenses and budget management
  • Communications (Editing, writing, emailing, announcements, etc.)
  • Management of all personal tasks such as EVENTS, git buying, errands, house related needs and working with house staff 

Qualifications

  • 5 plus  years of admin experience working UHNW  clients 
  • Experience working with C-level executives a plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (word, excel, powerpoint) and Google Drive (Docs, Gmail, Calendar, Slides, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of internet research
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a strong capacity for empathy
  • Pro-active, entrepreneurial spirt is a huge plus.
