Location: Beverly Hills & Malibu

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm

*1 or 2 days per week at the home in Malibu and the other days at the home in Beverly Hills

Compensation: $40/hr, plus 2 weeks paid vacation, sick days, and monthly cash health stipend

* must be open to working some holidays if needed

A semi – formal family of four in Beverly Hills is seeking an Executive Level Housekeeper to join their household team. This person will be working alongside two other Executive Housekeepers who are amazing! The family is lovely, and are seeking the best of the best!

They recently moved in to a brand new, 11,000+ sf home in Beverly Hills, and would like to complete their incredibly efficient team. There is also a home in Malibu and this person must be flexible to travel there a couple days per week. This team is responsible for keeping the home running in tip top shape, reporting directly to the Principal and/or House Manager (schedules will overlap with morning and evening employees). We are seeking someone who is accustomed to working in a team environment, working from a checklist, supporting others when needed, and is an excellent communicator.

MUST have experience working in a high end home, preferably for a HNW/UHNW principal. A no task is too big or small attitude is of the utmost importance — no drama, no gossip — only true team players with positive energy will be considered. The principals appreciate their home being maintained at a 5-star level — must have a keen eye for detail and a true understanding of how to care for a high end estate.

The ideal candidate is an Executive – level housekeeper who enjoys being of service, truly loves their job, takes pride in their work, and leaves no stone unturned. This is a very organized and detail oriented household, and you will be trained accordingly for the position. Wonderful opportunity for a seasoned, executive – level housekeeper!

Required tasks:

  • Daily general house cleaning with deep cleaning as needed
  • 5 star hotel atmosphere – Turn down service, folded toilet rolls, etc
  • Prepping meals that have been delivered by the chef (warming, setting out place settings, etc)
  • When chef is not present, assisting house manager or principal with preparing meals
  • Polishing silver
  • Setting the table for lunch or dinner, preparing a tea tray
  • Preparing home for guests
  • Bringing in packages/mail
  • Maintaining organization for the home
  • Preparing the home for/assisting with events (family will bring in additional staff for large events)
  • Taking note of anything that needs repair and reporting to the House Manager
  • Other duties as assigned
