Duties include, but not limited to:
Executive Administrative Assistant /Office Administration
- Schedule the photographer’s appointments, creating itineraries for his travels.
- Manage the payment of employees and contractors, generating invoices, keeping records of invoices and various monthly payments.
- Managing time tracking for employees and contractors, helping oversee vendors.
- Oversee general office maintenance including supplies, planning lunches, team building events, etc.
- Serve as liaison between the company and office building management.
- Perform weekly, monthly & individual company reports.
- Manage in-office product inventory count and reconcile on a weekly basis.
- During peak times, assist customer service team when necessary.
- Lead & manage corporate gifting initiatives for publicity purposes.
Personal Assistant
- Assisting the photographer and family with various scheduling needs, including party/event and shoot planning, personal travel planning, creating itineraries, and more.
- Some home-related items, including meeting vendors for certain projects at the house related to shoots, events, and other business functions.
Production Coordination
- Assist and the creative team with the planning of photo shoots, creating itineraries, securing permits, ordering props & helping on site if necessary.
- Spearhead the coordination & communication with vendors, talent, and property locations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in an office administrative role (1 year)
- Experienced with Microsoft Word & Excel, along with Google Docs & Sheets (1-2 years) and able to do reporting based on Excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Knowledge of direct-to-consumer retail concepts including SKUs, inventory, margin, and other basic metrics.

- Familiarity with Photoshop a plus (1 year)
