Schedule: Generally Monday – Friday, 7 am-6 pm — must be flexible!!
Compensation: $85-95K+ DOE + Health benefits

A Fashion Designer/Activist is seeking a Executive/Personal Assistant to help run her busy life! Would love to find a Jane or Jack of all trades, someone who KNOWS this business and can hit the ground running, managing any task thrown their way. The best match for this role is someone who has worked for talent or an artist before. This is a manageable environment — the existing team is super organized and efficient, and ideally, would like someone who is open-minded, comfortable trading conversation about various topics, pop culture, and everything in the now, and has their finger on the pulse.

This position will call for someone who is switched ON at all times (ready to answer a text at 7 am, for example), can see the bigger picture/shared goal, and jump in wherever needed to get the job done. The principal is incredibly busy, sometimes scheduling 15 meetings a day, and will need someone who can keep an organized calendar, being quick to pivot for last-minute or unforeseen changes. This is a fabulous position for an actual career assistant, someone who genuinely loves to be of assistance and wants to do so for the long term — making systems efficient and daily tasks run smoother, bringing balance to a huge life.

The schedule will mirror the principal’s, who tries only to work weekends if a particular event happens. MUST be flexible and happy to go with the flow. For now, 3 days will be worked from the principal’s home in Laurel Canyon, and the other 2 days will be remote until the office is ready — then 5 days in a West Hollywood office.

Specific duties/requirements:
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities on a given day
• Expert at managing a fluid calendar
• Great communication skills – both professional and personal
• Dedicated and able to create workflows for their desk to protect both principal and E.A.’s off-hours.
• Knows how to manage and create balance for principle and self
• Willing to travel every month or two to NYC to support non-profit and principles needs
• Trustworthy and tight-lipped about personal information, understanding the lines between proprietary information of the non-profit and the principal.
• Works well with a team and understands proper delegation
• Works well in a busy and exciting environment, remaining grounded around high-visibility individuals and their needs.
• Looking to commit long and grow with the company and principles work.
• Interested in social justice, non-profit, and economic equality and take on the role of a key player in making the fantastic work at the non-profit a reality, with pride.
• Making reservations/booking travel, car service
• Can keep track of important dates/birthdays, sending gifts and flowers
• Wonderful and kind email presence, professional, buttoned up and quick
• Creative by nature to help come up with ideas for glam, wardrobe, areas for travel, hotels, etc
