Location: West Hollywood/Occasional trips to Malibu
Salary: 100K-130K DOE + Benefits (medical,  401K, discretionary bonus)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm with flex for events as needed

IF you LOVE all things that involve design/events/shopping yet also enjoy being of service and an excellent right hand, this dynamic role could be exciting for you. In this position you will be reporting directly to the Principal with dotted line reporting to the Estate Manager.   The Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent support and assistance to the Principal with personal affairs and event planning. The Assistant will also work in conjunction with the Estate Manager on fixed asset management as well as other House needs as required. The Assistant position will work according to the priorities and direction of the Principal.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.      Event and design support as required by Principal
2.      Research, initiate and track purchases as directed by Principal
3.      Work in conjunction with Property Manager and Estate Manager on fixed asset management of décor and design items received, stored and liquidated
4.      Responsible for gift reminders, gifting regime and gift-wrapping closet organization
5.      Package room décor item inventory, stocking and organization
6.      Manage Principal’s orders received and returns
7.      Calendar support for Principal
8.      Organize and maintain Principal’s contacts
9.      Errands as needed
10.  Additional Personal Assistant duties as needed for Principal
11.  Additional support to Estate Management as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.       3-5 years of personal assistant experience with an ultra-high or high net worth family required
2.       Must be flexible in schedule and scope of work
3.       Service oriented team player with an upbeat attitude
4.       Willingness to proactively find solutions
5.       Possess internet, email, and mobile communication skills
6.      Able to exercise discretion and sound judgment
7.      Must have great written and verbal communication skills, English required
8.      Should be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
9.      Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
•       General work week must be flexible with the needs of the employer.
•       Able to work legally in the United States, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
•       This position requires a proof of good credit and background check.
•       Compensation commensurate with experience.
•       Travel may be required
